Wednesday April 29th Los Campos is hosting Carlos Quintanella of La Era jamon serrano and Sandra Parra of Finca Sala Vivé.
Carlos will be talking about his production of artisan serrano style jamon here in Guanajuato state and we will be offering a selection of jamon based tapas.
Sandra will be offering a taste of Finca Sala Vivé wines produced in
Ezequiel Montes, Querétaro by Freixenet Mexico.
Tickets are $100 pesos and include all food and the wine tasting.
Wine by the glass and bottles to take with you will be available for purchase.
